We develop children’s critical thinking, creativity, and organizational capability by teaching them practical operating, exploring by themselves, and facing failures bravely.
STEAM programs utilizes an overarching child development learning platform based on experiential learning theory (ELT), which learning theorist David Kolb described as "the process for whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience".help kids build confidence through hands-on learning about electronics, coding and more. During the workshops, children experience and act on their own original creative thought along with opportunities to process and reflect upon their unique experiences. The goal is that children will be able to generalize what they have experienced and apply their newfound creativity to everyday life, whether it is a similar or different situation. Furthermore, experiential learning focuses on individualized education meaning all children who attend an EQids program will have a one of a kind creative learning experience. The educational programs are Programs are primarily geared towards children in the age of 5 - 14, but are appropriate for K-12 students.
Integrate the sciences, technology, arts and humanities with youth development principles, inspiring young people’s creativity and build critical learning and life skills that carry into adulthood.
EQids applies the principles of STEAM to prepare our next generation of leaders. We offer creative and interactive lessons for students to strengthen critical and innovative thinking. EQids aims to connect with today’s generation through technology and guide them towards finding their place in the future. By integrating sciences, technologies, arts, and humanities with youth developmental principles, we can inspire young students to build critical learning and life skills, and bring (technology to life.) Everyone is a Maker!
